Thursday night junior and senior roller/turbo training sessions.

Indoor training is a quick and effective (and warm) way to keep and improve your fitness over winter. Doing it on your own isn't the most enjoyable experience so come and do it with familiar faces as part of a proper structured session. We have been running sessions for under 16s for the last couple of years and these have proved so popular it's time for the adults to keep up!

Every Thursday at 7pm-8.30pm, (excluding Xmas eve and New Years eve) over Winter.

Held in the marquee next to the office at Herne Hill Velodrome.
We have space and equipment for around 20 riders.

Session price £2.50
Use either your road or track bike.

Dates 12th to 19th April 2010

I will be leading a one week road camp especially for sprint cyclists in the warm and cycle friendly Spanish resort of Majorca as part of Legro's famous training camp. There will be a mix of coach led road rides and sprint efforts. We will also benefit from the social aspect of a large training camp and David's excellent local knowledge and contacts.
You are welcome to bring partners, girlfriends/boyfriends as there are daily excursions from the hotel and a beach nearby for those not training.
We will be staying in the Pollensa four star hotel and the price includes breakfast and evening meal, you will need to arrange your own flights allowing you to travel from your nearest airport and take advantage of the budget airlines flying every day to Majorca.
This is a rare opportunity to do road work with like minded riders with similar objectives to yours and comes ideally just before the start of the season but after the Good Friday track meet.

David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are excited to announce details of our long anticipated beginners/intermediate weekend at Calshot Velodrome 27th and 28th of March 2010.

This weekend will cover everything from basic track riding skills right up to practice races and madisons. There will be constant encouragement, feedback and advice from our expert coaches. Above all we want you to have fun while learning new skills and taking your riding to another level. It will suit everyone from track novices to those already doing local track leagues who are looking to improve their skills and tactical knowledge.

We have 4 hours track time each day plus a group road ride on Sunday morning giving you great value for money.

Cost is £150 for the weekend which includes the track time, coaching, accommodation Friday and Saturday nights and all meals Saturday and Sunday. We are also offering individual bike fit sessions at £25 each over the weekend, where we will set your bike up in the best position for you to maximise your potential.

David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are excited to announce details of our first track clinic of 2010 on Saturday January 2nd and Sunday January 3rd at Newport Velodrome.

This two day clinic will cover the 200m time trial in great detail on day one, with both video feedback and expert analysis after each effort. Then on day two we will go through various sprint specific training drills which you can perfect with our help and add to your personal training programs.

Saturday’s session starts at 12pm with riders arriving and hopefully being able to have a go on WATT bikes before the rider briefing at 1pm, the session will finish at approx 6.15pm

Sunday there will be a road ride at 9.30 of approx 90 minutes and then we will be back at the track at 1pm for a rider briefing and finishing at approx 6pm.
