- a real arrospok to take a HR pic of it
- a few minutes on photoshop to correct the spelling to the PROPER one i.e. arrroospook
- a printer who will do "all-over" silkscreening in 2 col or 3
- tshirts

I reckon the spreadshirt system could be a go-er I've bought loads of good t-shirts from them, they are German and efficient ya.
All you need then is the HR pic of the arrospok.

'tis pretty much what I had in mind. Step #3 and #4 of le car's instructions just get skipped and we just order the ones we want int he size and colour we want.

usually all over, is printed on the cloth before it's cut

indeed. Or it's silkscreened on top of a flat tshirt, over seams etc... Martin Margiela used to do them like that.
